2018 SROC AGM

As with last year’s AGM, the paperwork for this year’s AGM has been posted on the “members only” section of the club website-

You’ll need to sign in to the “members only” pages using the new password, which was sent out with the membership renewals to full members. Any family members please ask your full member to share with you.

Upcoming Events

Our next competitive events are the weekend after the AGM at Pilgrims Farm- the TYRO is on Saturday March 17th and the RTV is on Sunday March 18th– we still needs clerks and other officials for the weekend, which leads us to…

Event Staffing

Please also have a look on the event staffing page on the website- let a committee member know if you can clerk any of the event.. Don’t forget we also need admin, steward, marshals etc on the day of all events.

Clerks and AGM

Hi All,

Well, this year’s calendar is now under way with the 1st event now behind us. Unfortunately the February event is no longer, due to the site being sold. So we have the AGM coming up in March, as per last year the AGM details will be posted in the members only section and an email sent to remind you to look. The paperwork will be available around the 21st Feb. The weekend after the AGM we have a TYRO and RTV at Titsey, as yet we have no clerks so please let a committee member know if you can help your club and layout one of these trials. Don’t worry if you’ve not done It before, or feel you are not experienced enough, we can always find someone to help you. Any trial laid out is better than none…..

Hope to see as many of you as possible at the AGM in March.
