Looking forward

Well we’ve had two successful Bank Holiday weekends, with good weather and improving entry levels. Long may it continue.

We have the Southern Shearers Shearing competition coming up on the 22nd May, where we are providing a display / demonstration of what we do as a club for added interest to the shearing. Hopefully raising some money for the Royal Agriculture Benefit Institution and supporting the Gingell’s who have welcomed us at Copford Farm for many years. Anyone available please come along and help out. Make sure you have your club card for free entry to the Shearing.

Also don’t forget this weekend (up to Sunday 8th May) is your last chance to enter the National. If you haven’t already, get your entry in. For all those taking part, good luck and we hope you enjoy the event.

See you there.

Mark

Another good National

Hi All
May I start by saying congratulations to all the members who attended the ALRC National Rally, whether competing working or watching. The club was very well represented in all categories, there was good weather and a great haul of silverware was brought south.
We are now back to our club events so please keep stepping forward to do all those essential jobs that keeps the club going.
See you soon.
