Apart from the new fleece jackets being advertised it’s been quiet for National 2016 news recently, but there is a lot going on in the background.
We will have a section at the AGM to update everyone on progress so far and take any questions that you may have.
The National Management sub committee has now added Jo Sunners and Steve Bull to look after any sponsors and trade stands, Paul Barton as safety officer and Dannie Tripp to take the minutes.
The main things being worked on at the moment are:
A proposal is being put together for a potential whole event sponsor.
Several options for online booking are being investigated.
Medical cover for the whole weekend and any special cover needed for the trials and comp are being investigated and prices gathered.
Equipment and materials needed for the site infrastructure are being sourced.
