Whilst running an ALRC National is a big commitment, the day to day stuff that makes the club fun is also still happening. We haven’t got that many events left this year, with one of them being a Timed Trial at Elham. This is something new we haven’t tried before, but with a capable Clerk of the Course it has a lot of promise of being a good laugh if nothing else.
And quite frankly, isn’t having fun what it’s all about!!!
The committee has recently had it’s annual “planning meeting”, where we sit down and try to plan out the events for next year so that everyone knows what’s on when, even if the where hasn’t been confirmed yet. Hopefully this will start getting firmed up in the near future so everyone can plan accordingly.
