The National has been and gone for another year and it seems Southern’s drivers of longer vehicles have been showing us the way. We had Simon Barden 2nd Class 10 in the CCV, in the TYRO we had Dick Malone 1st LWB & 2nd Overall and in the RTV we had the top 3 in LWB classes; Alan Taylor, Shaun Lillywhite and Dave Green respectively. Jon Darby flew the flag for the shorter vehicles with Class 1 wins in both the CCV & Comp and a respectable 7th in the RTV. Well done to all.
The entries for our 2-Day Team Trial in August are now open. I’m sure it won’t take long for the places to fill up so don’t delay get your entry in. Hopefully Earlye Farm will have dried out for our next event in a couple of weeks.
